Most agencies serve everyone. We chose plot developers only, because this market needs depth, not breadth. A plot buyer researches for months, and the first question is always: is this layout approved? Developers don't need more leads — they need serious buyers who reach the site. That takes a specialist with the right system.
What We Built
Instead of renting tools, we built our own lead-to-site-visit system, DAMAIQ, so every lead is answered, qualified, and tracked, not just delivered. We're now building ApprovedPlot.in, a plot portal that lists only approved projects, to give every client a second channel.
Why That Matters to You
