What happens in the free audit?
We look at your project and your buyer. If you're running ads, we also send a test enquiry to see how fast your team replies, and review the lead data you share. You get a written report: where leads are leaking and what a realistic site-visit target looks like. No pressure. The report is yours.
What does it cost, and is there a contract?
Agency fee: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 a month, covering campaign management and our follow-up system. The first 3 months are paid upfront, because campaigns need time to learn. Ad budget: ₹30,000 to ₹75,000 a month, which you pay directly to Meta. Both are fixed after your audit, based on your project size and site-visit target. No lock-in after the first 3 months.
Is your system a third-party tool?
No. We built it ourselves. It's called DAMAIQ. It handles the instant WhatsApp reply, buyer qualification, and the CRM pipeline. You don't deal with any other vendor.
My buyers expect a personal touch. Won't automation feel cold?
