1. Who we are

This website, www.digitalprolex.com, is operated by Digital Prolex (Proprietor: B Ganesh), an MSME (Udyam) registered business, at 465, Pillaiyar Kovil Street, Nandhimangalam, Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu – 606 705, India. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Digital Prolex.

2. What information we collect

When you fill in our Free Project Audit form, we collect: your name, WhatsApp number, company or developer name, city and micro-location, approval status, launch status and monthly ad budget. You may also share, optionally, your project name, target buyer budget range and monthly site-visit target.

When you message us on WhatsApp or email us, we collect the contents of those messages. When you call us, we note the details you share, such as your name, phone number and project information, in our system.

When you browse our website, we use Google Analytics to collect usage data such as pages visited, device type, approximate location and how you arrived at our site. We also use Contentsquare to understand how visitors use our pages, through heatmaps and session recordings of actions such as clicks, scrolls and page navigation. These tools use cookies and similar technologies.

3. Why we use your information

We use your information to:

• contact you on WhatsApp, by phone or by email about the audit you requested;
• prepare your Project Audit report or launch plan;
• send you a proposal and, if you become a client, deliver our services;
• understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. WhatsApp messages

When you submit our form, you agree to receive WhatsApp messages from Digital Prolex about your enquiry. Some of these messages are sent automatically by our system. You can stop these messages at any time by replying "STOP" or by emailing us.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers we need to run our business: WhatsApp / Meta (for messaging), Google (for website analytics), Contentsquare (for heatmaps and session recordings), Resend (a backup email service that delivers form details to us if our main system is unavailable), and our website hosting provider. These providers process data under their own privacy and security terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.

6. Data we handle for our clients

When a plot developer becomes our client, we process enquiries from that developer's prospective buyers. We do this on the developer's behalf and only to provide our services: replying to enquiries, qualifying buyers and tracking them through the sales pipeline. The developer decides how their buyers' data is used. This data stays the developer's property, and we do not use it for any other client or purpose.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep audit enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We keep client data for the duration of our agreement and then return or delete it as the agreement specifies, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.

8. How we protect your information

We use reasonable security measures, including access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to people who need it.

9. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:

• ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or update it;
• ask us to delete it;
• withdraw your consent at any time (this will not affect processing done before you withdrew);
• raise a grievance with us.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses only. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above.
